Free Delivery!

Here at La Sorrente we believe in providing excellent customer service and not ‘surprising’ customers with additional costs at checkout.

That’s why we don’t charge any delivery fees.

As we also love to spoil our amazing customers, you’ll receive a gift with every $50 spent! Spend $100 you’ll get 2 gifts, spend $500 you’ll get 10 gifts. The gifts include numerous items from our store plus exiting new products that have not yet been made available. We get pretty excited about sending out gifts, so don’t be surprised if these arrive before your order.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 days of ordering.

Goods should start arriving within 2 – 3 weeks, occasionally due to high volumes of orders or peak periods, goods can take up to 4 - 5 weeks.

Our fantastic suppliers are located all over the world. To ensure we can continue to provide a free delivery service to our valued customers, items will arrive from each supplier separately. This great arrangement means we can keep our prices low and our delivery free.

If you require an item delivered sooner or before a specific date please contact the team at sales@lasorrente.com

The team here will endeavour to arrange faster delivery to you for a nominal fee.

Customer Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the La Sorrente Team are here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a product exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging, including all tags still attached.

Once we receive your item and it has been inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange or refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

You should receive the credit within 5 – 7 days.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for any returns. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the cost of shipping for any goods returned to us.

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or return any free gifts. If you do not want to receive your free gifts, please email us when placing your order.
